On 13 July, CHP had connected with students at the 2024 Employment and Business Connection Fair organized by the Thermal Engineering Technology Faculty, Cao Thang Technical College.

At the event, we had the opportunity to listen to young people's perspectives and aspirations regarding their ideal career. Students also engaged with potential employers and gained valuable insights into various career paths within the HVAC and M&E industry, including industrial production, residential refrigeration, commercial refrigeration, and operates under contractors, across a range of project scales.

Chau Hiep Phat places great importance on people, fostering an environment where individuals can develop their skills and knowledge, thus contributing to positive social progress for a better tomorrow.

This event successfully drew a significant presence of well-established companies within the sector, all based in Ho Chi Minh City, to engage in recruitment activities. More than 300 students in their third year, specializing in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning at Cao Thang Technical College, were among the attendees.
